Mortgage Rates Continue to Decrease

It is interesting how mortgage rates continue to decline, even when the Fed’s have slowed purchasing mortgage backed securities. Interest rates have decreased for the last 3-weeks in a row. Lower interest rates are keeping home buyers active.
